Centron Services, Inc. (CSI) was founded all the way back in 1927, and is currently based out of Helena, with one remote satellite office.

CSI is a full service accounts receivable management firm, specializing in bad debt collections and current accounts receivable management. CSI serves over 400 clients statewide, from a wide variety of creditors in many industries including medical, dental, utility, retail, mental health counselors, attorneys and municipal fees, among others.

We’ve helped support CSI for over 25 years, starting back when they converted their paper systems to a sole IBM System 34! Over time, they acquired more and more PC’s that connected to their IBM system, and voila – a network was born!

These days, CSI boasts over 60 employees and requires a productive and efficient IT infrastructure to provide their top-notch services to their clients.

CSI requires complex networking and advanced cybersecurity, with many moving parts that need to be working together in order to succeed and be compliant within their industry. When asked, management at CSI will credit our knowledgeable staff with getting them to this point!

Due to the nature of their evolving industry, supporting CSI demands a proactive approach to their IT, with immediate response to any technical problem. Therefore, they’ve been a great fit with our OutSourced IT model.
