Meet Chris Mitchell: Your Friendly Service Desk Tech at ISM!

We’re excited to introduce Chris Mitchell, a passionate Service Desk Tech committed to making technology work for you! Chris's journey began with a love for computers, initially pursuing a degree in Psychology and Public Health. However, he discovered his true calling as a help desk engineer, eventually switching to a major in Cybersecurity.

At ISM, Chris expertly manages IT service requests, ensuring that every issue is resolved efficiently. What he loves most about his role? “I enjoy using my skills to help others overcome challenges and experience that ‘aha’ moment when things finally click,” he shares.

When he’s not tackling tech troubles, Chris is an avid film enthusiast, a video gamer, and a rugby fan. He admires his grandfather's scholarly spirit and cherishes memories of his time in Zimbabwe. Welcome to the team, Chris – we’re thrilled to have you!
