Employee Spotlight: Aaron Morris — Great Falls Engineer with a Curious Mind and Classic Humor
Meet Aaron Morris, ISM’s Great Falls engineer and the kind of guy who can fix your server, restore your backup, and still make you laugh about it. Before joining ISM, Aaron got his start in a Missoula computer repair shop, where he learned how to solve tough problems the old-fashioned way—by taking things apart and figuring them out.
Today, Aaron handles everything from local client support to backup management and Tier 2 troubleshooting. What keeps him motivated? “Learning new things and expanding my knowledge,” he says. “And honestly, interacting with clients is usually the highlight of my day.”
Raised in the Montana countryside, Aaron developed his trademark independence early—climbing K-Band dishes and testing his BB gun aim (not at the same time, thankfully). Off the clock, he’s usually working on cars, improving his house, or considering a motorcycle revival next year.
Aaron’s sense of humor shows up everywhere—from admiring “the IRS department” to naming Frylock as his favorite superhero. Whether he’s fixing systems or cracking jokes, Aaron brings curiosity, craftsmanship, and character to ISM—and we’re lucky to have him.
