Meet Sean DeVault, our new Director of Business Development—and a guy who’s been connecting people and solving problems long before it was his job title.
With 20+ years in technology sales and business development, Sean has worked with businesses across Montana helping them make sense of IT, communications, and strategy. At ISM, he’s doing exactly that—building relationships, understanding challenges, and helping clients find smarter, more secure, and more cost-effective ways to run their businesses.
What Sean enjoys most? Making technology feel less complicated and more impactful. He’s all about cutting through the noise and delivering real value—while building long-term partnerships along the way.
Fun fact: Sean’s sales career may have started with going door-to-door selling old toys as a kid. Some things don’t change—just the size of the deals.
Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the Montana outdoors, spending time with family, or re-reading A River Runs Through It. He’s also a fan of classic Uncle Buck, appreciates a good laugh with Platonic, and proudly claims Spider-Man as his favorite superhero.
And yes—he once walked away from a head-on collision with a semi without a scratch. Lucky hoodie? Maybe. Seatbelt? Definitely.
