This month, we’re excited to spotlight Jefferson Ouano, one of ISM’s Systems Engineers and a key member of our NOC team.
At ISM, Jefferson helps keep client systems stable, secure, and running smoothly. His work includes supporting day-to-day technical issues, monitoring systems, troubleshooting server, network, email, and security concerns, assisting with escalations, patching, backups, after-hours maintenance, and infrastructure projects. When we need updates on firewalls and servers, he's our 2AM guy!
What Jefferson enjoys most is solving real problems for clients. He likes digging into issues, finding the root cause, and making sure clients are taken care of.
Outside of work, Jefferson has a strong passion for cars. He enjoys learning how they work, fixing issues, and understanding the details behind them. He also enjoys movies and anime, with The Lord of the Rings trilogy topping his movie list and Two and a Half Men as a favorite binge-worthy show.
As a kid, Jefferson wanted to be a policeman, which makes sense given his favorite superhero is Spider-Man and his favorite quote: “With great power comes great responsibility.”
