Before joining ISM, Nikki’s professional journey included being both a farmer and a business owner—experiences that taught her how to juggle priorities, solve problems, and keep plenty of moving parts headed in the right direction.
At ISM, Nikki helps manage the flow of information, commitments, relationships, decisions, and scheduling. In other words, she helps keep all the plates spinning! She enjoys the challenge of working in a completely new field and says one of the best parts of the job is the team around her. “There is never a dull moment here!”
Nikki has always been a bit of an old soul. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a homemaker and living on her own homestead, raising her family in a more traditional, old-fashioned setting. That love of history still shows today in her passion for antiques, primitive décor, and visiting historic towns back East.
Her biggest mentors were her dad and her papa, and one of the greatest joys in her life has been becoming a grandma.
When Nikki isn’t keeping things organized at ISM, you might find her decorating, hunting for antiques, rewatching Heartland, or enjoying one of her favorite movies, Tin Cup or The Legend of Bagger Vance.
And her favorite book? Where the Crawdads Sing.
