Letter From The CEO: Reflecting On 30 Years In Business
Dear Valued Clients and Partners,
As we celebrate the 30th anniversary of Information Systems of Montana (ISM), I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. Reflecting on our journey, I am reminded of the vision that inspired us to start ISM three decades ago. We saw a need for a more complete, "cradle to the grave" solution for our clients, rather than a piecemeal approach. This vision has guided us through the years, and it remains at the core of everything we do.
Over the past 30 years, we have experienced numerous memorable moments and milestones. One significant milestone was in May 2010, when we moved to our current location. This move provided a springboard for us to expand our reach, allowing us to have engineers in other locations such as Great Falls and Butte. This expansion has enabled us to respond more quickly and personally to our clients outside the Helena area.
As the CEO of an MSP, I have learned many important lessons over the years. Great client and employee communication is paramount. Sharing our small business finances, successes, and even failures with our team has been crucial to our growth and success. Our commitment to excellent communication and quick response times, averaging 9 minutes and 45 seconds or less, sets us apart from other MSPs in the industry.
Looking forward, we are excited about the future of ISM. We are committed to staying on top of technology changes and helping our clients implement these changes to enhance their productivity. Our goal is to continue providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients.
What motivates me to keep pushing forward after 30 years in the business is the joy of working through business technology strategies with our clients and the excitement I see when our younger engineers learn and grow. It is this passion and dedication that drives us to continually improve and evolve.
